1、 Features and main uses:
TR-968 spray resin is a reactive flame retardant unsaturated polyester resin (modified) mainly composed of tetrabromophthalic anhydride and standard binary alcohol, which has been dissolved in styrene. Pre promoted, with moderate viscosity and reactivity, and excellent mechanical and flame retardant properties after curing. Widely applicable to the spraying process of various flame-retardant fiberglass products

Note:
(1) The casting method shall be executed according to GB/T8237-2005; Temperature 25 ℃, curing system: accelerator RCA 1.0%, curing agent M-50 1.5%.
(2) Post casting curing treatment: room temperature × 24 hours+60 ℃ × 3 hours+80 ℃ × 2 hours;
4、 Precautions:
1. Before use, please stir evenly in the packaging bucket, or pour out all the resin in the packaging bucket and stir evenly before use.
2. During transportation, it should comply with Chapter 5 of the State Council's "Regulations on the Safety Management of Chemical Dangerous Goods" regarding the transportation and loading and unloading of chemical dangerous goods. The product should be stored in a cool place below 25 ℃, avoiding ignition and isolating heat sources. The shelf life for storage below 25 ℃ is 3 months.
